Refund policy
At Campers & Gear, LLC (dba 10X Campers & Gear and Shillington Offroad), your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product different from what you ordered, if your order is incomplete, or if an item arrives damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Customer ordering errors, dissatisfaction, changes of mind, or any other reason for returning a product—aside from a documented error by Campers & Gear, LLC—will only be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility. Items that have been in the customer’s possession for more than 10 days will not be accepted for return under any circumstances. If you knowingly accept delivery of an incorrect product and open the box, the item is considered yours.
CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
1. General Policy
All returns and cancellations are accepted and authorized entirely at the discretion of Campers & Gear, LLC (dba 10X Campers & Gear and Shillington Offroad). We reserve the right to approve or deny any return or cancellation request based on the terms outlined below.
Important Considerations:
• Professional Installation Required: We accept no liability for products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modification. Professional installation is strongly recommended for all products sold.
• Off-Road Use Disclaimer: Unless stated otherwise, all products are designed for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY and may not be street legal in certain jurisdictions.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
A. Standard Order Cancellations
• All cancellations must be authorized in writing and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before processing.
• Cancellations made within 5 business days of purchase may be eligible for a refund, subject to a $150 administrative fee per item plus any applicable wire transfer fees.
• Cancellations after 5 business days are subject to a 10-20% cancellation fee, depending on the product.
• Once an item has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
B. OEV™ Product Cancellation Policy
For products manufactured by Overland Explorer Vehicles (OEV™), including but not limited to:
• Aluma Tray & Optional Accessories
• Removable Campers (Back Country, Hudson Bay, and High Country)
• OEV™-Manufactured Accessories
Additional Terms for OEV™ Products:
• Cancellations must be received within 5 business days of the order date and submitted in writing to our sales department.
• Refunds on deposits for OEV™ products will be issued minus a $150 administrative fee per item and any wire transfer fees.
• OEV™ maintains its own cancellation policies, which apply regardless of dealer policies.
3. RETURN POLICY
• Returns must be authorized in advance and require an RMA number before shipping. Unauthorized returns may be denied or refused upon delivery.
• All returns are subject to a restocking fee:
• Standard items: Minimum 15% restocking fee
• Large items (shipped via freight): Minimum 25% restocking fee
• Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Items beyond 10 days, custom orders, and made-to-order items are non-returnable.
• All returns must be in new, unused condition, with all original parts, instructions, and packaging intact. Opened, used, or modified products cannot be returned.
4. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
• Custom & Special Order Products: No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.
• Shipping Charges: Non-refundable.
• Gift Cards (Online & In-Store): Non-refundable.
• Manufacturer Warranties Apply: Products are covered only by their respective manufacturer’s warranty policies. Warranty claims must be processed through the manufacturer.
5. STORE CREDIT & REFUNDS
At our discretion, returns and cancellations may be credited as store credit instead of a refund. If a refund is issued, applicable cancellation, restocking, and processing fees will be deducted.
6. POLICY UPDATES
Campers & Gear, LLC reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review our policy before purchasing.
